1993 GTX will not turn over

I JUST got a 1993 GTX they told me the pistons were seized but i hooked it up to battery and tried to start it and i hear a loud clanking the top end is off and nothing is turning over pistons arent moving and the impeller shaft isnt moving the clanking is pretty nasty any ideas on whats wrong and how to fix it?

That sounds like the piston is seized. If that is the case you'll have to pull the engine and rebuild it.
