1992 seadoo xp won't turn over

I have a 1992 Seadoo Xp that will not turn over. It is setup to be a premix, not oil injected. I bought this a few months back from a guy who said it was running great. The first time I got it on the water it blew the spark plugs after about 10 minutes of riding it. I tried taking it to the lake several more times only to have the same thing keep happening. I then consulted the guy I bought it from and he said he may have added too much oil the last time he mixed the gas. This being the case I drained the tank and started over with a 50:1 mix. The ski ran for about 20 or 30 minutes but then the same thing happened. The last time I took the ski out it tried to turn over but would not start and then just completely stopped turning over all together. The solenoid clicks, but it won't turn over at all. I took the spark plugs out and it still won't turn over Any ideas? I tried jumping it and charging the battery and that is not the problem I don't think. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
