1991 sea doo gt bombardier

need help......
my hubby and i just bought a 91 sea doo and he can't get this thing to run. he has mechical back ground but never worked on jet ski.i found all kinds of shop manuals to download but not for a 91.we boght a new battery and solinoid and spark plugs but now cant get spark.it turns over but will not go any further.we just want to get started to have a little family fun. if anyone can help that would be great....thanks, Wendi

I hope you get her running and have some fun too.

Having no spark could be the end of your ski.
The age of it has alot to do with this, as copper wires that feed everything tend to turn black. And dont conduct electric as they should.
Testing wires with a meter is the start of it. Test the lanyard wires and coil pack.
Maybe make up a new wiring harness till you get it sparking.
