D Dennis Premium Member Premium Member Sep 26, 2013 #2 They are bolt covers that have sealant on the threads. I use a hot air gun to heat them up which loosens the sealant. Sorry, dont remember the size of torque socket required. You REALLY need to get a service manual to do this job. :cheers:

ski-d00 Well-Known Member Sep 26, 2013 #3 They are tight but you don't usually need to heat them up. Just use a large breaker bar and they will break loose. The real block bolts are under these.
