I recently bought a Sea Doo 150 speedster from a dealer that did not have the owners manual, they said that I don't need to flush the engine , but I just want to make sure.

you don't need to flush the engine but you definitely need to flush the exhaust system specially if using it in salt water!! Can't believe the dealer didn't walk through the procedure with you. Anyway, at the rear of the boat right beside the jet pump, you will find a black tube were you can screw on your garden hose (suggest getting a quick connect from Home Depot in the garden section) connect your hose....then this is EXTREMELY important.....do not turn on the hose until you start the engine first, once the engine is running turn on the hose and let it flush for a few minutes, I rev up my engines a few times just to blow out the water, then once done turn off the hose FIRST while the engine is still running...then shut down the engine. If you turn the water on before starting the engine you will hydrolock your motor and if you try starting you will do major damage. Enjoy your new boat!!
