130 PSI on both cylinder

It is in the middle to low. 150 psi is perfect and 120 is time for a rebuild and below 120 they typically won't start in the water. Less than 5 psi difference between cylinders is good and more than that is probably a mechanical problem starting. Alos keep in mind some testers read low so if they are dead even at 130 and it runs good it is probably fine.
