'05 Sportster Shifting & Throttle Levers Stuck

'05 SeaDoo Sportster boat that the Shift Lever and Throttle levers get locked in place. From Neutral, I can shift to Reverse normally and back to Neutral. Throttle lever works properly in either position. But once I place in Shifter into the forward position, it locks up and Throttle is locked into idle.

Hey Daves,

Did you ever find a solution to this problem? I'm having the same issue with my boat.

I'm hoping to find a quick fix answer before I dismantle the shifter body.

I don't know what's wrong, but if it were me, I'd try to pull the shift/throttle assembly out and see what I could see while actuating the mechanism,
