My GTI sat in the garage for 18mo. Got it started and it idled fine. 2-3 min later the idle took off like it was going to blow! Pump the choke and it comes down but right back up when you release the choke. Today same thing. Anyone else seen this ??
Anybody ... ? I have let it cool down and started it back up 5-6 times now and the result is always the same. Idles perfect for a couple minutes and the raps up the idle until the whole ski is shaking so I shut it down. This is on the trailer with a water hose connected and plenty of flow coming out
