01 gtx rfi 787 oil fouled front spark plug

here is the deal. new plugs and battery this year. no problems at all until this point. took out and 45 min later i'm going back to the dock idleing. wont rev up at all. tool out of water and when i got home pulled the plugs and front plug fouled with oil. did compression thest and i'm at 145 psi both cylinders. injectors ohm out at 2.5. any help would be great. i'm told may be a internal seal problem. any ideas?

I'm thinking if it were an internal seal for the rotary valve shaft it would have been running rough/rich at start up. Try posting this in th 2-stroke PWC section for more views from the experts.
