oK HERE WE GO when you first put in water its hard to get it to idle until it warms up (1300-1600 rpm) then will idle fine. After a 20, 30 min ride you shut it off let it sit for five to ten minutes and wont start easily, you have to pull WOT to get it to start then its fine again till you shut...
