Hello my friends i just got my first seadoo and was looking for some help. I have a 1995 seadoo xp 720. Start great and takes off good but a full throttle it boggs right out. I need to let off the trottle. Is this a carb issue?

Any tricks in getting off those original gas clips on the old grey gas lines? Some are out of the way to get at? Also, what's the best spark plug for my 720cc (overbore 1mm)?
