There's a guy in Thailand that's been making them in all different styles. Can't remember his name but you can find him on the X4 racing facebook group. Quite a few people have bought from him. Takes a couple weeks and cost around $300 I think I read.
I would go WSM over SBT probably. Best bet is to send your OEM crank to a reputable race shop to be rebuilt. There's a ton out there just do your research before sending.
Sounds like a fun project. The RV lines need to be looped and filled with oil like the above post says. If you sheared the brass RV gear, its best to tear down the engine to clean and inspect everything.
