Went through 2 aftermarket pumps in a season. My advice is bite the bullet and buy either a used one from westsidepowersports.com for around $400 or a new one ($900). No issues for 4 seasons. Def worth the no headache….. good luck

I have the shorter mount for the front. You are correct, the rear mounts have slotted holes at the base to allow an outward movement for them but because of the opposite slotted holes on the mounting bracket I am not able to push the mounts outward, unless I modify the bracket to allow that...

Make sure the hole pattern on the pump is lined up with studs on the tank. Im pretty sure one of the studs is just a tad off so it can only go in one way. There should also be an arrow on both the pump and the tank that should be lined up. Once you have all that lined up you will have to...
