    i just purchased a 96 speedster. wondered what the black rubber ring thing is on the port side of my hull?? the other side has the fuel breather i think??

    what is the rubber ring on the port side of my speedster hull. It looks like rubber ring?? the starboard side has fuel vent on hull i think??
