Also try to check the connection on your fuel gauge/sending unit. My previous 01 GTX had issues until I found out the connectors were corroded and I used contact cleaner on them.

Perfect! I didn’t really fully understand the throttle adjustment in the service manual but I tried to take the carbs off without messing up the adjustments too much... the pump was off slightly so I fixed that by aligning the notches up. I still have to do the fuel pressure test and prime fuel...

I got my carbs bolted back on and the throttle is smooth and both carbs seem to be in sync along with the choke. I’m a really new to all this adjustment stuff but I tried to adjust the oil pump attached is a picture of the pump can someone tell me if it looks adjusted please and thank you!

That’s where I’m confused because the settings I recorded while dissembling the carbs was 0 High Speed and 1-1/2 Low Speed. However the SeadooSource says 1-3/4 Low Speed but the actual service manual says 1. Check out this screenshot I took directly from the service manual. I’m not sure which...

Update: I was able to dissemble both carbs using an impact screwdriver. The carbs are now fully rebuilt. I did notice the pop off for both carbs are around 43psi which according to seadoosource is 28-48 psi. I noticed @GGuillot recommended to buy black 80g springs, but the carb reference says...

Yeah but there’s two one by the pump and one by the engine. I might try to see if I can check/replace them. Im still a noobie at best.

Cool I might go buy a cheap impact screwdriver because my JIS set won’t come in until Monday and I wanted to get these done over the weekend it’s driving me nuts I’m very impatient. Also that part looks kinda a pain in the butt to check/replace.
