Ok so i did some investigateing and found that the small hose going to the valve on the waterbox from the water inlet had poped off im guessing that would be my culprit?
Cool thanks racer, i will run that flush check in the morning and report back. When i restored the ski last year i did take apart that valve and clean it up but iv had it out alot so anything is possible anyhow thanks for the suggestions ill look into it after work hopefully its something simple

No I meant the whole jet pump was a tad loose to the hull the impeller was tight I just torqued the jet pump while it was running that was advise from a thread I read on on a different Forum
Thanks for the repley but i forgot about this post and I should have updated. I ended up leaving the pump a bit loose and let it run while I slowly tightened up all the bolts in a criss cross pattern and that wore the impeller in to the new wear ring.
