    Install a short clear hose from the carburetor to a container of fuel. This illuminates the fuel system and tells you that the carbs are able to pump fuel

    Not a carbon seal set up there is a needle bearing and a seal there bearing likely frozen to shaft when that happens it tears up the tube the driveshaft runs thru they have a repair kit for this comes with a part to glue/ drive into the tube

    Check the grounds under the coil mounting bolt in the rear box disconect the white wire from the coil and connect it to a grounded test light, crank the motor. if the test light ‘flickers’ every thing back from there is good if not test stator

    Let’s try that again. Do the small wires going to the start solenoid have a positive and a ground to activate the solenoid, when you press the start button

    Do you hear the solenoid click when you press the start button? are the small wires on the solenoid, getting a hot and ground to activate the solenoid?
