    Oil Pressure Relief Spring.

New OEM spring I ordered is quite a bit smaller in diameter and wire gauge from the one that came out of the engine, on my '07 Wake 215. Any idea, if this is a part change, or has someone been in there before? The new one is the part called out in the parts breakdowns. Should I use the new...

FOR SALE Info Cluster for a 2015 GTI

Used Info Cluster for a 2015 GTI. Someone put this in my 2011, GTS. Cluster works good and is bright. Has a slight amount of "aligatoring" on the lower center of the screen, that does not distort any info.

    2011 GTS cluster replacement

I have an '11 GTS 130 with the incorrect gauge cluster. I getting ready to order the correct gauge. I know it will need to be married to the ECU, with B.U.D.S or Candoo. My question is, will a 2011 gauge already have the correct "calibration", if the part number is specific to my year and model...

Slow to build RPMs, and needs to unload pump to go past 5200

No, it's parked for now. thinking I may replace the crank in the original engine and put it back in. It ran fine, just has leaking inner crank seals.

Slow to build RPMs, and needs to unload pump to go past 5200

Not at my altitude. yes they are working perfectly. I have caps with holes drilled in them so I can see the pistons move.

145psi. Stock prop in good shape. It will run full rpm after it passes the wall at 5200.

Slow to build RPMs, and needs to unload pump to go past 5200

I am at 4400ft. 6400-6460 is as many rpm as any Sea Doo, with a stock impeller, will turn here. Especially in 100 degree air. Not rich, plugs are burning perfect.

Slow to build RPMs, and needs to unload pump to go past 5200

Well, turns out the engine had the slotted RAVEs, but one housing was the wrong one, with the notch. Replace with correct housing, and the transition cleared up fine. Now will idle, starts good, hot or cold, and transitions great. Right up to 5200 RPM, then need to let off throttle for just a...

Slow to build RPMs, and needs to unload pump to go past 5200

Already thought about that. The engine I put in is 1mm over, so I will have to trim the raves.

Slow to build RPMs, and needs to unload pump to go past 5200

The original engine was swapped with a good used engine, due to leaking crank seals. The engine I put in worked fine a '96 XP, and it has driven me nuts, as to why it would not run in the GTX. I used the raves that were in the engine I put in the ski. They are not slotted. I am going to pull the...

Slow to build RPMs, and needs to unload pump to go past 5200

I was wondering about that, as engine came from a different ski, so mpem timing could be out. Is there any way to check and set timing without a BUDs?
