    Hard Jet Watebox Diagram Question

Just a heads up and some food for thought. I used a straight fitting at the pipe instead of 90 because to take the 90 off you need to remove the pipe support to get it off and that makes it a pain for fine tuning. A straight fitting you can take off without removing the support.

    RESTO Another 95 XP800

It will leak. Bruce at PSI had the same type heads in the snowmobile world and they never worked always leaked. PSI is a really bad name in the snowmobile aftermarket because of Bruce, he had some good ideas but most didnt work and when they didnt you could get no help from him. Lots of...

    New project hx

If your fuel water separator is leaking that is going to be your problem. Replace the o-ring and I bet it takes care of the issue.

Members Unite!! Lake Norman NC Ride May 20-21

Last summer I raced two 90hp Sparks (one had impeller, intake and I think a few other things) with one of my 96XP's, all stock except F/A's and rejetted carbs. They were with me out of the hole for about a half second then I said bye bye to them. On top end I was closer to the supercharged...

    98 SPX Refurb/Resto

Cleaned up the engine bay, changed out fuel lines and changed the pump oil. Good news is the VTS works, swapped out a motor from another ski and works great, so I have a replacement motor on the way, gauge works to. Now all I need to do is, pull the fuel baffle and check the float since the...

    98 SPX Refurb/Resto

Well it didnt sink, ha! Ran good enough to move onto fixing the bottom and known problems and issues and either flip or keep it. Only problem was it seemed to over rev or cavitate on the low end, once I got it up on plane it ran great. I am thinking wear ring or impeller, impeller isnt mint...

    98 SPX Refurb/Resto

Refurb/Resto Picked this up for $200. Wasnt able to do a real good once over on it didnt have a battery in it and I didnt have one with, it turned over by hand so I put my finger over the spark plug holes and it did have at least some compression, but I figured for $200 it was worth a shot...

96 XP wont pull top end RPM's

Happy to report it ran good with the rectifier unplugged. Revved all the way out just fine even with pump loaded. All I have to say is WTF! lol And thanks to everyone for helping out.

96 XP wont pull top end RPM's

Well Matt gets the gold star, first thing I tried this morning was unplugging the rectifier and now it will rev to the limiter all the time while on the trailer. It doesnt make any sense cause the front ebox that is in it is the one from my other XP that was running just fine when it was...
