Your dealer should have told you about your first service, and it is usually 10 hrs. Also the ECU opens up a little more after 5hrs, so you start at about 85hp and after 5hrs get to 90hp. That is directly dim a Seadoo mechanic. I have a 2015 and was told the exact same.... Sent from my...

Who did you order from? I got mine in a few days and emailed v-tech my ski info and they had my tune done in two days or so.... It is pretty fast but then you need to tune it... It was tricky at first now I can switch between tunes in a matter of minutes.. I can go back to Stock, e85, or 8350...
