    Verify you have the proper impeller as it could be over-propped. Also verify rave valve solenoid is working and the hoses to the rave valves are good. Finally, pull apart and clean the rave valves in case they are gummed up.

    1996 GTX Cavitation and correct impeller pitch??

    May have a neoprene gasket leak or shaft seal leak which can introduce air and cause cavitation even when the wear ring and impeller gap is good.
