Need a recommendation for a 2011 Challenger 180 fuel pump replacement

Hi all, I recently changed my fuel pump about a month ago and the new one failed. Im hoping someone who has replaced a pump before can give me a strong recommendation on which one to buy. I can't locate the stock bosch pump online. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks,

    Bilge pump 2010 challenger 210

I think you may have a clog or something blocking where it sucks the water. Clear beneath it and try again

2011 Challenger 180 - Starts immediately but stalls after 5 minutes

Thanks again @go_panthers and @rcookr1 . I took the boat to the canal and ran it a couple times with no shut offs. Power didn’t seem too bad but I hit a top speed of about 47MPH. I’m wondering how much should I be hearing the supercharger etc?

2011 Challenger 180 - Starts immediately but stalls after 5 minutes

Figured it out. There seems to be a short in the wire going to the fuel level unit. After I checked all the fuses I set the wires in the holder within the unit and the boat started right up.

Does anyone know if the ECU stops the engine from starting if the gas lever is acting up?

2011 Challenger 180 - Starts immediately but stalls after 5 minutes

Ok everyone. So I’m back from my business trip and woke up early to get this done. I put in the pump and reassembled the housing. I decided to test for fuel flow so I hooked everything back up and tested with a water bottle and got great flow. Connected the hoses and it started right up...

How do I do that? Seems to be a standard Bosch. Also should I replace the fuel pressure regulator with it?

2011 Challenger 180 - Starts immediately but stalls after 5 minutes

Thanks for the replies everyone. @rcookr1 im traveling for work this week so when I get back the new pump should be here. But I do plan to pick up some clips so I can test directly to a battery. @go_panthers Im traveling this week so won't have time to clean the tank. I checked with my mechanic...

2011 Challenger 180 - Starts immediately but stalls after 5 minutes

I pulled everything apart and tried blowing through the bump. Even hooked it up to the original power in the boat to see if I would get movement when I turn the key and now nothing. I’ve ordered a new aftermarket pump from eBay and will report back when it gets here. What about the tank. Is...

This is the view inside my tank. Should I drain all the fuel or is there no way to avoid this?

2011 Challenger 180 - Starts immediately but stalls after 5 minutes

Thanks. Im pulling the pump so I can get pics to show you guys. I noticed something strange. The fuel pump assembly has gas in it but it seems clogged at the bottom and won't drain into the tank. We used carb cleaner to get the gunk out earlier. Im wondering if that could have clogged something...

So now we’ve put the pump back together and put it in the tank. No gas is flowing even though we hear the pump working. Any ideas?
