I'm having a little issue with Cavitation a seen a post about putting a zip tie on the carbon seal bellow, does anyone have a picture of where to place the zip tie?
I have 2008 sea doo challenger, never had any issues until my carbon seal went bad last year. I have now replaced it two times and it just went bad again. Does anyone have any idea why this keeps happening? Thanks
my 2008 challenger 180 not picking up speed rpms are very high before its gets going. Once it gets going it runs fine but
hard to get it going alone or with 4 people on the boat. I just changed wear ring and impeller
Stainless Sleeve SOLAS Impeller SRX-CD-15/20 but didn't fix the problem...
I need to install a 2nd battery, isolator and 1 2 all switch. Do I connect batteries to isolator then
from isolator to switch? Or batteries to switch then to isolator. Any pictures out there you can send would be very helpful. thanks
Had the boat out this past weekend and i seen the bilge pump wasn't working checked the fuse and it was bad so i replaced it worked fine after that. Then the next morning i check the fuse again and it was bad again any idea why or what is causing the pump to blow the fuse?
Yeah I changed the injectors put it in the water last weekend didn't run it hard because I'm waiting for my fuel regulator to come in. It ran good I can tell it wants to go but with the Gen 3 intercooler I was advised not to push it.
I put the 42 lbs ones back in going to the river this weekend, but not going to push it to much I haven't installed the rising rate fuel pressure regulator yet. I messed up and ordered the wrong one!
