I stood the 2x6 up on end and they slant inward a tad. The distance between the inside bunk to inside bunk is between 13.5 or 15 inches. I cannot remember but wont be back there until friday to measure. The ski sits perfect!

I picked up a used boat cradle that currently has 2x6 flat bunks. My plan is to shorten up the existing swivel brackets to fit a 2x4 bunk instead. On center I am at 20 1/2 inches. Do you think that will work for a RXTX 325? OR should I keep with the 2x6 wide bunks? My other option is to remove...

That would be great. All I have to work with is a trim cable and the exterior of that vts knob. I found a motor with the wires ripped out at the bottom of the hull.

The 1/4 inch fitting with the 90* elbow is the pulse line which goes under the carb to the engine case. The upper 1/4 straight fitting is the return to the gas tank. The large 5/16 is on the bottom of the carb and is the fuel in from the fuel filter.

New battery, New solenoid, New Starter ( old one was fried ). If I jump the solenoid it cranks fine all day long. IF I use the start button its 2 second bursts. Did I get a bad "new" solenoid or is the MPEM shot from the battery shorting out?

I am working on a 98 gsx limited. The owner didnt secure the battery and it shorted out melting the posts and apparently killed the starter as well. He replaced the starter solenoid hoping that was the issue but no luck. He didnt want to mess with it so I took on the job, dropped the carbs...

No kit, just a couple gallons of RV anti-freeze and a bilge pump glued to the bottom of a bucket to pump it into your flush port.

On the 787 motors, some had acc pumps and all are 1/4 line. The only thing he got right was that the 97 GTX did not have acc pumps. Attached is what a 5/16 fuel fitting looks like. The rest even on that carb are 1/4 fittings.

All fittings shown are 1/4 line. A 5/16th inlet nipple looks way different. What does he mean "not right"? If he was a sea doo mechanic he would know whats wrong.
