Thanks! That makes sense but I didn't see the video make mention of an upgraded propeller. That's why I was confused with everyone asking about the new top end.
I'm new to the sport. I just don't understand how more horsepower will get you more top speed on direct drive setup. Wouldn't top end be limited to the max rpm of the motor. Especially when you aren't modifying the drive unit. Obviously more horsepower will get you to top end faster.
We did a check against the sales brochure. We were also missing the sandbag anchor. The dealer ordered those for us then found out later that it was no longer offered with the 2014s. The brochure apparently was already in print when they decided to omit those from the package.
As I mentioned in an earlier post, you can't get to it any where else. This is a suspension model and the entire engine compartment is shrouded to prevent chaffing. I don't mind pulling the rear compartment if I need to but I still need confirmation this the correct hose.
I finally got around to pulling the left rear storage bin. And... there it is. I'm guessing the top hose is the one that needs to be pinched in case I need to tow it. It looks like it Ts into the flush port. Can anyone confirm.
Sorry for the delay getting back with you. Per the dealer. If you purchase the cover as an accessory you get a bag for it. Since my came as an option it has no bag. I guess the 2 dollar bag was too much to ask after spending nearly $17,000. Other than my rant about a bag. I'm vary happy with our...
I'm certainly no expert on break-in but it's more than likely the owner's manual is being vary gentle on the recommendations. My wife and I just bought two 2014 GTX Limited. To do the break-in we have been going to a local lake playing and learning how these beast handle. My version of that is...
My wife and I just bought his and hers. These came with a few accessories. One being the full cover. The dealer told us the covers bag on themselves. To save my life I don't see how to do it. Anyone else have one? Did your come with a bag or not? Thanks
I'm pulling the left stern storage bin. Maybe I'll have access thru there. I also gave some thought about fabricating a keel intake cover. Obviously this would not be as user friendly if it was ever needed but it still would serve the purpose.
