Check your 30amp fuse holder. It’s not in the fuse block it’s one of the loose ones near the fuse block though.

Bilge pump is wired around the battery disconnect as well. And it needs to be that way if you ever leave your boat in the water overnight. Might see if the pump is running constantly due to a stuck float. What is the voltage after it sits for a few days?

The gauges could be frozen up as is very common. Or could be a ground issue, check the ground distribution lug behind the gauge console.
