Matt , I have pulled the pumps again and the neoprene was busted in several places. I siliconed them back in,dropped the weedless gates an smoothed it over with my finger.
I am going out on Sunday again, let us see.

Undo the jubilee clip on the bellows and slide the bellows towards the hat and install a zip.tie behind it so it applies a bit more pressure. Tighten down jubilee.
My Challenger did something similar. That connector must be under your steering binnacle. Anyways you need to plug in engine tail for all the.power to come through the mpem.

I have just started digging into doing up all four carbs on my 99 Challenger. I have genuine Mikuni kits . Including needles and seats.
Both MAG carbs have 145 mains and both PTO carbs have 142.5 mains? What's that all about? Should it not be the other way around?

Your solenoid might not be making contact or starter is knackered. To check if it is the solenoid just short out the two big bolts on solenoid and see if it turns over. If not it might be time to change the starter motor.
