3ftDeep on ytube shows winterization. heck they have a 4 part vid on tearing down a 4 tec due to SC washers breaking.

See if you can get a core on that towards a rebuilt.Warranty on rebuilt will help sell the boat. HOLLOW VALVES That exhaust valve melted or was sunk/flooded and started with plugs in.

I put new valves in a 06.With new hoses,sc rebuild kit,gaskets etc.Over 2600 in parts no labor. whats the dip stick look like?

First you need to see why sc is free spinning.

I didn’t drill anything to get the cover off.The whole cover snaps off.It like a big cup not a plate.

I put a 3/4" auto motive coolant flush T from pump hose to intercooler on.Now it will get a proper flush with salt terminator.Before there was only a T going to J pipe for flushing.Geez

Ok ,my exhaust manifold is clogged ,top hose going to j pipe I see salt.Water ran out of bottom hose. All this tells me the flush never goes to intercooler/manifold .
