Agreed, anything is fixable. Is it worth fixing? No would be the answer. Unless you possess the skills yourself and since you posted that picture I’m assuming you don’t.

I’m a automotive mechanic so I’m not afraid to work on stuff but I do enjoy the simplicity of the old carb models.
Just don’t want to jump into a constant headache.
I had this exact problem with Full Bore pre Covid. 8 months to get my cylinders back. Very frustrating. I sent an engine to SES and had it back when promised. And that was during Covid.

Tom did my 717 last year. 7 week turnaround and it was still summertime so I thought that wasn’t too bad. So far it runs perfect. I would use him again.
Sorry this might be long. Two summers ago my 96 gti had a dying issue I thought it was electrical and chased the wrong way. Finally the pto cylinder seized. So I figured it was a lean condition. So I pulled the cylinders sent the top end to Full Bore including pistons and plugs. 10 months later...
So I’ve had 3 Sea-Doo’s that used that exact gauge and all three had a fuel saturated float. I was able to test the system by running the float up and down the tube with the sending unit out of the tank but plugged in.
Warm weather we have plenty of here in Nor Cal what we are short on is water. Second week of April and lake levels are lower than I’ve ever seen for this time of year. This is going to be a long hot dry summer on the west coast.
