    Loctite 515 or 518?

I use 518 almost exclusively as I haven't had good luck with Threebond. 515 & 518 are very similar, however 518 does tend to cure out a little quicker than 515 FWIW.

    '95 XP value

Hey guys, been out of the X4 game for a while but recently found the chance to dive back in. I have the chance to purchase a fairly clean 1995 XP, however I'm hesitant to pull the trigger as I know pricing has gone through the roof in the last year or so. It seems to be a decent ski, no major...

    95 SPi Removal

the reason for pulling the engine isn't to get the bolt, its to clean the hull & go over anything that would be hard to reach with the engine in the hull. I'm not dead set on pulling it or anything. when you're a perfectionist like me it's hard not to go over every little detail. honestly I...

    95 SPi Removal

Yep, I know all about the alignment process. I will have to rent one, I know there are a few members on here that have them available for rent. I'm pretty familiar with the 787's but know almost nothing about the little 580's. I probably shouldn't waste my time on the SPi but it was free & is a...

    95 SPi Removal

So my question is, I've had a 95 SPi for a little over a year now, and haven't had much time to do anything to it. The fuel lines have been replaced, selector switch cleaned, and carb rebuilt with a genuine Mikuni kit. However, in the process of cleaning the carb, I decided to take the easy way...

    Regulator Block Screws

awesome guys, thank you. The more I thought about it, the more I realized that a cordless impact would probably do a great job getting most of those tight bolts and screws out, without stripping the hell out of everything. I ended up just drilling the heads off the screws, pulling the regulator...

    Regulator Block Screws

Hey guys. I started disassembling my carburetor today (SBN 38) only to find the two tiny screws that hold the regulator block down are totally stripped. If anyone knows where I can get a couple of those screws, please let me know... these screws are going to have to be VERY carefully drilled...

    RESTO '94 SPi Resto

Also, to everyone that subscribed, don't give up on me! Being three hours away from home and only coming home a couple times a month doesn't allow for much work to get done when it comes to the little SPi. But I promise you that eventually all the mods that I listed above will get done!

    RESTO '94 SPi Resto

Thanks guys! I actually went to the hardware store and got a small plastic plug to fill that hole, i put a little silicone on it and stuck it in there, then covered it with a decal I had laying around. Looks a lot better. And honesty it would hurt too much to part this little ski out.. i...

    RESTO '94 SPi Resto

I've ridden since my freshman year in high school, we actually have a place down on Table Rock lake. I'm in my sophomore year of college right now at K-state (wish I was at Mizzou) and decided I missed it too much, so I got this little SPi. If anything it'll just be some good cheap fun!
