They are over $200 new so anything under that is a deal. They are loud so if you don't wanna be noticed from a mile away it's not for you. You do not get any performance gains from a water box, just more sound. And yes your rave valve swaps over.
Well I switched ignition over to msd, redid exhaust since the water box was getting way to hot after a moto. She is about ready for round 6 in Hartwell, GA
In my opinion I'd keep it period correct on the outside at least..please don't paint that hull or even pull any stickers off..thats 90's history at it's best. and I would use period correct parts, R&d trim tabs, beach house sponsons, umi steering and bars.

You tap the brass tee and 90 degree fittings and screw in jets..on the straights you use brass unions and tap one side and screw in jet. Matt Braley probably knows the tap size you need for jets.
