I had to compressor so I blew through every hose by mouth, all were clear that had to do with the regulator

That was with the ski running, I had exhaust pressure coming out of the that port when I pulled the hose

I noticed when I pulled the hose off the tune pipe the fitting on the tune pipe had pressure coming out. I assume that normal

Parts came, it was rainy today. So got the new regulator. Rerouted the top hose on the regulator to the lower tune pipe fitting. Then ran the hose from the top of the tune pipe to rear of the ski. I tied the ski down to the trailer, backed in the water. Started it and pulled the hose goin to the...

That’s what it looks like! When I sent it to this so called jetski mechanic. It was that way. Now it’s not. I didn’t run the ski at all since I got it back. Once the new regulator shows up I’ll redo the hose routing and see what happens. Any reason he would do that?

The diagram you attached doesn’t match at all. I have T fitting that goes to goes to the head of motor to the bottom of the regulator, then to the back of ski, where should the top fitting of the regulator be routed too?

Thanks. Currently the the L fitting on the top of the pipe. Is routed to the bottom of the regulator. And the lower is goin to the back of the ski. As the pisser I’m assuming. Which is wrong?

As far as I can remember it was opposite when I took it to be worked on. And all the diagrams I’m finding are opposite how it is currently routed.

On to the next thing. I’m pretty sure the guy who worked on them was trying bypass something or messed up. The hose coming from the top of the regulator should be routed to the lower port in the tune pipe? It’s currently routed to the top port of the tune pipe. ? I’m guess it’s a good thing I...

I have a reman one coming, off eBay, with a new bellow. 60 bucks shipped. I’m just throwing that one in. Pulled the hose to the regulator while running and I had water but no water from the regulator. What’s the base setting for when the new one arrives?

Not sure if I added that photo correctly but should the bellow be semi stiff also? And should it be that far from the bottom of the shaft?

So, all lines appear to be clear. I couldn’t find anything tears in the bellows, but it was leaking. I’m assuming that’s the issue at this point. Being that the hose coming from the regulator to the tune pipe was melting. I’m ordering a new regulator.
