I need help with my 02 gtx di acts like its in lump mode but when you slowly push the gas in it will take off now you can hold the gas all the way down and will not pass 10 mph

I have two 02 gtx di one act like its in lump mode you can have the gas full will not go pass 10 mph some time if slowly push the throttle it will pick up and go now its just like its in limp mode
