I have a 99 GTI single carb that will not idle with out the choke, it bogs down and shuts off. I have rebuilt the carb, adjusted pop off pressure to between 36-40, cleaned jets, needle and seat, replaced fuel lines and vents, bypassed the on/off switch, cleaned fuel filter, cleaned fuel pick up...
