Every state is different - some states don't title trailers (Florida) and Arizona does not "title" boats: they are registered through the Arizona Game and Fish Department.

I have the jet pump off of my 1998 GTS 5819, and the parts manual does not show a neoprene seal, part # 293-200-024 for the 1998 model year, yet it does for the 1997 (5819) model. Does anyone know why this is? Thanks!
