I have seen similar activity on some of my gauges (2004 Speedster 200 with 310HP). My Speedo was jumping around 55-62mph for top speed… but now it is getting regular usage, it has settled down to a more stable (and accurate) reading 52-53mph. This boat was not used much in the last few years...

If they didn't make a shop manual for that particular year and engine combination... as I think they only offered the 2x 185HP in that one year, as they went to the 2x 215HP in the 2006 model (I think)... you can probably get the shop manual for the RXP-X around that year, which used that 185HP...

Nothing urgent, but I might be interested in swapping the impeller for something that would give a better top end… not to worried about how long it takes to get there (not really pulling skiers / tubers any more).

One other place you can go to for used parts are jetski dismantlers... I used to go to Martos powersports, they have a huge inventory of jetski's and boats and such. I would give them a call, you might find they have those fuse boxes sitting on a shelf... I don't think its a high demand item...
