What is the rpm of a 2012 speedster 150 out of water? Got it back from dealer and when started rpm was at 7200 at idle. Had someone look at it and they got it down to about 4200 but not sure what it was before. Thanks

Great thanks . I hope to take it out this weekend. I wasn't sure if it could be done using synthetic oil. I'll follow this procedure and see how it goes. Maybe a long day at the lake.

Hello I have just rebuilt the top end on my 2001 gti, I currently run synthetic oil I the ski. Can this oil be used during the break in procedure? Thanks

Hello, over the winter I did a top end rebuild on my 2001 gti. Once done I checked the compression and it's around 130 both cylinders. I checked the squish on them as well and am getting about .075" . From what I could find max should be about .067". Will this cause any harm to use it like this...

Does it have a fuel selector valve? Mine would bog at full throttle even after I replaced the fuel lines, rebuild the carb, replaced the fuel filter and selector valve. Couldn't figure it out until I tried it on res and it worked perfectly. Bought a new valve from dealer and works fine now.

When i patched mine I ground out the cracks and then started laying out the fiberglass. I found the boatworks today videos on you tube really good.
