hi, yes i will replace the lines lol and i took it in because i wasnt sure why it wouldnt throttle out i was thinking it was just a carb problem (but it only starts when it wants to) they said its getting spark and everything but they said the impellor is chewed up. idk how that could be because...

i love the engine as far as pretty much maintaince free. i know its not the fastest but when its runnin good it gets up and is very responsive. ive beat a polaris 700cc but not my buddys baja boat lol(i was about 20 yards behind him and he was runnin 70,but thats about all i know as far as speed.

might take a few compression readings and take the cover off the pto and remove the spark plugs and try turning the pto by hand (clockwise) if it spins freely its not siezed up.

yes ive heard. also ive had to run it on "reserve"( it would only idle on "on") (last time it would start constantly about a month ago) so im going to replace the selector switch as well. been a great machine like i say. idk how the 718cc are as far as reliability but mines never needed more...
