I have oem gelcoat

I am going to patch the deep gelcoat damage and then give the whole bottom a spray coat or two. The gelcoat at the bow seems to be super thin. How do you remove the black adhesive that held the shoe?

OK. The donor hull is stripped and flipped and now being assessed.

Already ordered the rebuilt crank from them, but they do not have the counter balance parts.

Where is the best place to source bearings and seals?

Is there a method for inspection of the counter balance shaft or should that be replaced also?

You know the drill. Too many projects, not enough me. Im ready to focus on getting this done. I have a weeks vacation coming up and I plan to make some serious headway on this project.
