    Updated Fuel Float

Did i mention i've had a long work week and i might be losing my mind? Correction: i had an extra 93xp fuel sender "baffle" and replaced the 96 one. They are nearly identical, same with the tanks. The 93' baffle did not cause the new float to stick to the pcb board unlike the 96 baffle that was...

    Updated Fuel Float

Recently purchased a 96xp and had the exact same issue. I have the updated float and it sticks to the board. It was never accurate. Although it would update after a few large bounces. I never knew how much gas was in the tank and ran out recently. Thankfully a buddy towed me in. Long story...

MY WORK HAS A 3D printer!! but i dont know the stipulations on use. I know it was donated by lenovo and i happen to know the director of the program. = ) i was thinking about asking him to build my arm rests for the sk awhile back but i ended up creating them in fiberglass. sounds like it might get good fuel economy then. Someone else needs to chime in on this. Personally i have ordered aftermarket and oe but as you know...i never keep my boats/skis more than a year or 2 so i doubt i put enough hours on mine to know.

i was thinking the same thing. Fiberglass is strong but i had that fear as well. i doubt they designed that boat to handle 185hp. So glad you over engineered it

Perfect! I wish i had my twin engine speedster still. I am very curious how they would compare. I bet your 4 tec is quieter and prob burns less fuel overall.

That seems awful how to me. Wonder how the 4 tecs vent heat??? i dont recall either of us ever measuring the 2 stroke temps. We might be able to get a really rough reading from my sk. i highly doubt it gets to 103 degrees then again .... you are attempting to bleed alot of the heat in the engine...

Out of curiosity what are you using to suck the oil out? Electric pump or vacuum pump? I never had good luck with the electric oil pumps personally.
