I'm replaces my Bellows on a 1997 gtx... Does the lower spring come with the bellows? I cant seem to find a part number for it. Whats the best way to attach it to the lower housing (before screwing the plastic cap down or after)?

I have a1997 gtx that surges from 6000rpm up and down to 4000rpm I have replaced the grey fuel lines, changed the gas valve ,cleaned the rave valves ,changed the fuel pick up unit($200), changed all filters ,charged the battery, adjusted the caebs... the comp in the front cyl is 150psi and the...

could it be the Rectifier and if so whats a quick check? Also do you think a top end gasket change will help raise the rear cylinder comp.

Thanks for the quick reply. I guess the PTO is the rear cyl correct? And yes the ski runs fine at idle in the driveway and good for about 10 minutes in the water then starts tehe surging or the rpms rise and fall and rise and fall

I'm new to this forum... I just pick up a rebuilt 787 ski with 120 hours on it. I drained the oil and gas and put fresh in,replaced the plugs and gapped them 024 It idles at about 1100rpm runs good at high rpm (can hit 50 mph) BUT RUNS ROUGH between 3000-4500 rpm. any ideas??? air...
