Can somebody help me with the shop manual text for a 2003 rxdi. I am trying to assemble the air compressor and the first direction for the crankpin bushing is to have the grooved end next to the screw head, then below it says to put it next to the counterweight. I am assuming this is a mistake...

For sure this ski has become the bane of my existence, but when it is running good man what a blast! I will definitely look at the cooling lines also, should I pull them and just make sure they are clear of debris?

Any ideas why the air compressor on my 2003 RXDI keeps going south, I am on 3rd rebuild. It runs great for about 5 hours then freezes up. My first thought is no oil but the ski is drinking oil and the main cylinders seem fine so I am assume the pump is working. I am going to change the oil lines...

I think I found the rubber flaps and they are both installed. I guess I will start with head gasket. I see SBT sells one, should I use any sealer on this or dry also? Any trick to pulling the head off and re-installing?

Can you elaborate on the rubber flap surrounding throttle body inlet please? Not sure what I am looking for. Also, when I installed the exhaust gaskets (2 paper ones on motor and the o ring to the black pipe) should I have used any sealer?

Thanks for the replies. I did call SES first and his opinion was the exhaust manifold to pipe connection. I have the newer o ring gasket which he mentioned had problems. His advice was to get an older exhaust manifold off eBay that uses the paper gasket. Compression on both cylinders is 125...
