what he said.. However you can put some oil in the crankcase and theB apply some air pressure to the dipstick line (with dipstick removes) control the compressed air to around 10psi and you should be able to identify where the leak is.

Yep intake manifold take it right out and see if you have water in it. If you did the ic test, I’m assuming you checked all the worm gear clamps on the intake hoses right? Generally If the intake hoses are loose or leaking tho you’ll get a dash code tho.

That certainly sounds starter related, I know it isn't a fun job, but you could swap the starters and determine if the problem moves with the starter.
