does this list include the transducer Mount?

I’ve been trying to come up with some kind of front mounted system. All I’ve seen is ppl mounting the trolling motor (manual tiller) to the cooler. I don’t think that would work too well with a spot lock type setup

Anyone know what the difference is between the two part numbers? I called my local dealer and he couldn’t give me an answer. Description just says with support kit. What is the support kit. Both part numbers are same price...
