i have no problems with stability at all on my 2up & 3up trixx- I'm about 5'10" @ 180lbs. But I do notice my friend who is same height but at least 260 - 280 lbs tips it almost every time he rides it.

same thing happened to me last week- pulled the ski out because of performance issues; ski kept porpoising no matter where the VTS was set to - checked the pump and 2 of the 3 pump bolts were missing and the 3rd bolt was lose! the whole pump was flopping around. the impeller & shaft look good...

I've flipped my trixx at least 6 or 7 times. every time I get it right side up and let it sit for a few minutes- then start it and monitor it for another few minutes. have never had an issue.

i cant find the answer anywhere on line or in here...

so, I pulled my 2018 spark trixx out to inspect the bucket- ski kept porpoising regardless of VTS position- i thought the bucket was damaged- nope, 2 of the 3 pump bolts are missing! entire pump is flopping around! ski is bone stock and only has 24 hours on it!!! video & pics below :oops::mad:

yep-pull that pump off. replace the ring and fix the impeller. it's actually not that bad of a job to do and the rings are cheap- maybe $75 on ebay. any outboard shop should be able to fix the impeller. once the nozzle is off, you'll be able to remove the cone and use an allen wrench to rotate...

jesus- the entire ring was gone? what on earth did you suck up? lol hope the rest of the pump made it through okay. must've been a hell of ride back to the dock!
