Low pressure sensor are set at 28psi. Full synthetic has great shear strength. It is thinner, but not a problem, it just slips through the galleys easier. Slightly lower oil pressure. Ref ACEA

What oil did you put in? Full synthetic will lower the oil pressure putting your engine into limp mode. Make sure you use the blend from sea Doo.

Yep. The innercooler is for the compressed air from the SC.

The spark plug are failing. When the engine is under load the plugs fail. Run the engine on the rack - no load.

Too much oil? Must be lower than full level on SC engine. Also change the spark plugs. SC engines are hard on spark plugs.

The shop manual is a good place to start. Look for it, or get the premium membership and get it here on this site. Fog the engine through spark plug holes. Pop off the injector rail a fog the intake. Take off both hoses to the intercooler and flush it, then give it antifreeze.

Spark plugs are also known to fail at higher speed.

When it snows I'm heading to ski Jackson Hole. Skiing Alta to Snow Basin and on up to Jackson hole then back to Alta. Never been to Jackson Hole.
