A friend of mine mentioned he had stator problems on his all the time. I also read that if there's water in ebox, it's like touching a hot wire to everything!? Is there any way to test the stator?

I initially was thinking fuse problem. All 4 are good. Is there any in line fuses somewhere? Thank you for the help.
