4 year old thread so excuse me, but seadoosam are you still keeping a boat on Sebago? I just moved onto the east end of the lake a few months ago :D

Are there any site sponsors who do injector cleaning/service? Would greatly prefer to help out guys on here :)

Long story short, my RX-DI is just approaching 200hrs on it. Original engine, and I've been planning on doing a preventative rebuild before the season now that I live lakeside at my new apartment and it'll get near daily use. I've done some searching as to what cranks/top end kits people prefer...

I can snag a pic of the one in my 03 rxdi tonight if need be.

Also, just pulled the raves for cleaning and one of the o rings was torn.

Battery is right at 12.2v. Haven't gotten to the reeds yet

Update: got a fuel pressure gauge set up, and at idle the needle bounces between 80 and 95, while on plane or wide open its a steady 105-110psi.

Will do! I'll test that Tuesday when I get home from the lake.

Haven't checked fuel pressure yet. I know it wouldn't be the wear ring as the ski simply won't rev. Trying to plane out it goes to 4200 and stays there.

I would like to add that I do not have a service light on.

Good afternoon, Last year my rxdi developed an issue of where I didn't have enough power to plane and it would only go to 6200 rpm if I did manage to get it to plane. Also would idle low and die if I let it idle too long. I've done a compression test, 138psi exactly on both cylinders, replaced...

Bump. Made it home after 40 miles.. Just now need to know what to dig into.
