Where can I go in Europe during Easter Holidays?

We have 2 sons, 11 & 6. Is this a good idea to travel to some European destinations for couple of week trip? Please advise.

I am presently between jobs and he says, he can manage for a 2 weeks leave and kids do have 1 week leave and we can extend for another week. We want to go to Europe. What are all the places (or place) shall we plan for 2 weeks. We are just starting that thinking and still no conclussion.
