Yeah I acan't say that I've ever seen this on any boat ever, but a failure of the trim system I guess could explain that. But thinking about it, how could a trim hydraulic failure do this ever? All I could think of is the valve breaking and instantly pressurizing the piston extending it to the max?

Years ago, I rode with a friend that had one of those 21 footer jet boats that had the big block 427 cubic inch engine and we were hauling a*% and he slammed it into reverse. It basically did the same thing that boat just did. I know I can't shift into neutral while at full speed, so I'll assume I can't shift into reverse from forward at full speed. So I wonder what happened here?....cool vid though!
